Yes. If you approve the quoted repair on that visit, we take the full $69.99 off the invoice. It isn't a coupon or a credit toward a future job. It comes off the bill in front of you. If you'd rather think it over, the quote is good for 30 days and we'll still credit it if you call us back in that window.
There is an after-hours rate for true emergency calls outside normal business hours. Comfort Club members are exempt, so nights, weekends and holidays bill at our regular rate. We'll always tell you the rate on the phone before we dispatch, never after the work is done.

Ask your technician or mention it when you book and we'll bring the options with us. Financing is provided through third-party lenders; approval, terms and rates depend on credit.
