What happens after I hit submit?

Your request goes to our Austin dispatch board. A person reviews it, not an automated system, then calls or texts you back the same business day, and offers you a two-hour arrival window. You'll get a confirmation, then a heads-up text on the day of service with your technician's name, photo and live truck tracking.

What will it cost?

Service calls start at $69.99. That's a flat rate covering travel and a full diagnosis by an experienced technician, and it's credited back in full when you accept the quoted repair. Every price is flat-rate, in writing, and approved by you before any work starts. Comfort Club members ($159.99/year per system) don't pay the service call at all. More on how our pricing works.
